NAD, Resverateol, NMN, Creatine?

MISLEADING
TrustworthinessMisleading

The reel suggests that supplements like creatine, NAD, and NMN are not natural and implies they are unnecessary compared to sesame seeds for energy and muscle mass. This is misleading as creatine is well-supported for improving strength and energy, and NAD/NMN have moderate evidence for increasing NAD+ levels, which may support energy metabolism.

Creatine Monohydrate"Creatine" in reel
Moderate
Creatine MonohydrateMisleading

Creatine is not a natural source and is unnecessary for energy and muscle mass.

Creatine is a well-researched supplement that consistently improves strength and power performance, supporting its use for energy and muscle mass.

NAD+"NAD" in reel
Moderate
NAD+Misleading

NAD is not a natural source and is unnecessary for energy.

NAD+ precursors like NMN and NR are shown to increase blood NAD+ levels, which may support energy metabolism, though direct supplementation of NAD+ is less clear.

Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN)"NMN" in reel
Moderate
Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN)Misleading

NMN is not a natural source and is unnecessary for energy.

NMN reliably raises blood NAD+ levels and may improve muscle endurance, supporting its potential role in energy metabolism.

Somebody messaged me yesterday and asked me about should they be taking creatine and somebody else has actually asked me about NAD and NMN. These are all just compounds. So they're secluded compounds. They're just one thing. They're not a group of things and they're supposed to help the microchondria which is the energy within your cells. So what I did was I went online. I looked at the people and the person who started this or one of them and I look in their eyes. I understand what their intention is and then I look to see how is it helping them because the eyes tell me what their health is like. Then second level I look at what they're saying to take and I look at my own diet to see if I'm already getting that. When I look at it, absolutely I'm getting that in many different ways. Now when we're talking about longevity, if you're looking for more energy and you're looking to get more protein and minerals and vitamins in your body and you want to do it quickly, you can do it through sesame seeds. Very simple. Not the roasted kind but the raw kind and that will easily build up and help you to maintain cell structure and also the energy within it. So instead of drinking Red Bull and Monster Drink and 5-Hour Drink and all these other things or taking creatine and these kind of things that are very momentary and then your body's getting used to them as well because they are not a natural source, take something like sesame seeds. You'll see that within a week, two weeks, three weeks, a lot of your energy will change and you'll be able to maintain a lot more muscle mass and energy within your body just by that. And depending on how big your body is, if you're sort of 5'2 and 3, take one or two teaspoonfuls. If you're above 5'5 and you're above 170 pounds, take one tablespoonful every day. And try that and that way you'll be taking care of your own health and not relying on anybody else.
