By using StackTerminal.Health you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Who we are

StackTerminal.Health is an educational supplement stack recommendation platform operated by its founders. We are not a medical provider, pharmacy, or registered health service. Contact: info@stackterminal.health.

2. Not medical advice

Everything on StackTerminal.Health — including supplement recommendations, dosing suggestions, evidence summaries, AI-generated risk assessments, blood test analysis, and Reel Check verdicts — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Supplement use can interact with medications, medical conditions, pregnancy, and individual physiology in ways this platform cannot fully account for. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement regimen, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take prescription medication.

You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on content from this platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use StackTerminal.Health. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
• You may not share your account with others or use it for any automated or commercial purpose without our written consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Post content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading — including stack comments.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the platform at scale.
• Upload files containing malware, or attempt to disrupt the platform's security or infrastructure.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Use the platform to promote specific supplement brands or products for commercial gain without disclosure.

6. User-generated content

You retain ownership of any content you create on the platform (stacks, comments, profile data). By making a stack public, you grant StackTerminal.Health a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other users on the platform.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of content you post. We may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

7. Blood test uploads

When you upload a blood test PDF, you confirm that the document relates to you or someone for whom you have appropriate authority to act. The document is processed by OpenAI's API and immediately deleted. Only the extracted structured data is stored. Results are interpretive and educational only — they do not replace clinical interpretation by a qualified professional.

8. Wearable integrations

By connecting a third-party device or service (Strava, WHOOP, Oura Ring, Garmin Connect, Fitbit), you authorise StackTerminal.Health to access the data scopes requested during the OAuth flow. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the integration from your member page. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Affiliate links and commerce

Some links on StackTerminal.Health (including "Buy stack" links) are affiliate links to Amazon or other retailers. If you make a purchase through one of these links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence supplement recommendations, which are based solely on the evidence database.

We do not sell supplements directly. All purchases are made through third-party retailers and are subject to their terms and return policies.

10. Intellectual property

All platform content — including the evidence database, recommendation algorithms, ingredient library, and design — is owned by or licensed to StackTerminal.Health. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

11. Third-party services

StackTerminal.Health relies on third-party services including Vercel (hosting), OpenAI (AI analysis), and OAuth providers (Google, GitHub). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of these services. Outages or changes to these providers may affect platform functionality.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

StackTerminal.Health is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your individual circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StackTerminal.Health and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including any health outcomes, adverse reactions, or losses resulting from decisions made based on platform content.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved in good faith. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts relevant to the location of the platform operators.
