The reason you take supplements is if you want to live unreasonably long, you want your performance to be unreasonably better, or because there's more toxins in the environment and your body needs help detoxing. And if you're going to be, I'm just going to call a meathead and say, I just have, you know, two pounds of beef every day and I don't need any supplements. That's called wishful thinking, right?
