So in the United States of America, oral DHEA is an over-the-counter supplement. There are decent studies. Number one, it's safe. It doesn't really harm you. But number two, it doesn't really elevate the average person's testosterone. So go slow, small amounts. What's on the market for supplements is very wide-ranging. So they always recommend going very slow. In some populations, it can benefit them. But in most people, you're not going to see a significant elevation in testosterone or estrogen. Just go to the prescription stuff if that's what you're looking for. Now, DHEA in the vulva, game changer. Much different thing. Very, very nice. Oral, good safety data, not great efficacy data as far as what it does or what it elevates.
