TrustworthinessMixed

The claims about BPC-157 and TB-500 for pain relief are based on personal experience and lack strong scientific backing. While there is some preclinical evidence for TB-500 in wound healing, the evidence for BPC-157's effects in humans is very low. The use of glutathione and fish oil for general health benefits is supported by moderate to high evidence, but not specifically for pain relief.

So, you guys might not believe this, but I believe that BPC-157 and TB-500, along with some MGF in this blend, cured my elbow and back pain. Insane. Boom! Hey everybody, what's going on? Just wanted to give you an update on what's going on with Battle Born Peptides. So, again, I paid for these. These were not free. I did get a coupon code where you do save money. I believe it's 15% off. Coupon code is lowblinder. But, Ryan, who is the owner, I told him that I will not take any free product because I wanted this to be unbiased and I do not get commission on this sale. I just wanted to make sure that if this works that my subscribers are able to try it themselves if they choose to. Again, be sure to consult with your doctor or a physician before doing anything. This is simply my experience with these peptides. I'm not recommending them. I'm not recommending against them. But, I want to be forthright and honest. Now, for the most part for my career, I was able to mitigate a lot of the pain that I've had through machine motion, which I've been taking, which is a joint care formula of AMTS Nutrition, Ambrosia Muendo, and MTS Nutrition Fish Oil. Through getting very low body fat and through the years of training harder and harder and harder and still going heavy, my elbow was at a point where I couldn't press as heavy as I wanted to, where I couldn't even do tricep press downs. So, finally, I said I got to try this stuff. So, I was introduced by a good friend of mine, Ryan Buckeye from Fitness Informant, to this gentleman Ryan at Battle Born Peptides. I will link it down below. So, he told me to take a half a bottle. So, basically, I'd inject. I did a video. I'll link the playlist down below. And I basically would take a CC of bacteria static water, put it into the little vial of the BPC, MGF, and TB500, and I'd inject half. I'd put a CC in, put half a CC in one elbow, half a CC in the other elbow, and then, of course, I'd do the same thing with another bottle and half a CC in my lower back. So, after about a couple weeks, I did a video and I said, you know what? It still hurts. My back feels better, but my elbows still hurt. At that point, I was really tired of injecting into my elbow. It just sucked. So, I'm like, you know what? I have a lot of this stuff left. What I'm going to do is I'm just going to inject half a bottle into just any area. I've been doing it in my calf because it's not going to welt up. It's intramuscular. So, I've been taking it with my GH. I like to put my GH, my HGH, in my calf just because who cares? Just get it in, right? So, I've been doing that, doing that. I also fill out the rest of the syringe with glutathione, which I get from my doctor at Hormone Health and Wellness. So, I've been doing that. Long story short, I'm doing about a tenth of a bottle a day. So, I put a cc of bacteria static water and I just do 10 IUs. I have no elbow pain. My elbow is not swollen like it used to be. There is no pain. There is no pain to the touch. There is no pain when I move it. I can do this without any pain except maybe a little at the very end. I found that doing a loading period, and I don't know if I did it right, wrong, or whatever. I don't care. My elbow feels good. So, I did about two weeks of a half a bottle into each elbow every other day. And then I did a tenth of a bottle just anywhere, right? Just intramuscular. And I'm pretty much pain free. It is to the point where I did 150 pound dumbbell bench press, full lockout, without any pain the other day. So, what does this say? Look, there's no control group. I don't know if it was other factors that caused it. I'm leaner than ever because I'm three weeks out. So, I don't know if it's other factors that caused my elbow to get better. I don't know what it is. All I know is that right now my elbow is pain free. So, if I remember, I will do an update on this, but I'll tell you this much. I did not think it was going to work. I was going to do a video saying, look, dude, it just wasn't for me. But in the last week, I have noticed tremendous healing in my elbows. And my low back, other than being tired from lifting really heavy in contest prep, has never felt better in the last 10 to 15 years. So, that's that. That's my experience. If you have experience, comment down below. But that's pretty much what I have going on. Thank you guys for watching. I'll link Battle Born Peptides down below. This might be my last video on it, but I swear up and down. I swear on my own life. This is God's honest truth. Again, I paid for these. They were not free. I'm not getting commission. And overall, I just feel good. I feel really good. Anyway, be sure to like this video. Subscribe to this channel. Click on the notification bell. And remember, that's not a game.
