GLOW (BPC-157 + TB500/TB4 + GHK-Cu)
GLOW is a proprietary blend combining BPC-157 (a tissue-healing pentadecapeptide with strong preclinical GI and tendon evidence), TB-500/TB4 (an actin-regulating wound-repair peptide), and GHK-Cu (a copper tripeptide associated with skin remodeling, angiogenesis, and anti-inflammatory effects). Each component has independent preclinical support, but no clinical trials have evaluated the combination as formulated, and component evidence cannot be summed to predict blend efficacy or safety. GHK-Cu has reasonable human data for topical applications; systemic injectable evidence is more limited. Blend products also introduce uncertainty around individual component dosing, quality verification, and potential interactions not studied in isolation.

Evidence is from research or clinical settings — does not imply safety outside supervised contexts.
Each component of GLOW has preclinical support, but no robust clinical trials exist for the specific blend. The lack of human data on the combination raises concerns about its overall efficacy and safety.
