The reel discusses the use of BPC-157 injections for tendon healing, but the evidence provided only pertains to oral BPC-157 and its effects on GI mucosal protection, which is not directly related to tendon healing. The claims about BPC-157's efficacy for tendon repair are not supported by the evidence provided.

All right, to give you an update on the torn common extensor tendon in my right elbow, I found out about two weeks ago I got about a 30% tear, and at that time I had a PRP injection. It was feeling better, not good, but about two days ago, really irritated at lifting. I think I may have torn it even more, which has been very, very painful. But over the past two weeks, I've also been shooting BPC-157 into it. And if you think the PRP did not feel good, taking this and injecting it directly into this area feels even worse. So basically, pretty simple. Just directly in there. I'm doing this, and it's just right in the tendon. There's just not much room in there. So when I press this in, it's just a lot of pressure, a decent amount of burning. But doing 250 micrograms twice a day into it, and just about to finish off this vial. I'll go through probably one more of these, and then we'll see how that feels in about another week or two. But that's where it's sitting.
