Hesperidin

Hesperidin is a flavanone glycoside from citrus peel that improves microvascular circulation, reduces symptoms of venous insufficiency, and has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. It is often paired with diosmin for maximum vascular effect and is used to reduce leg swelling, hemorrhoids, and improve endothelial function in metabolic syndrome.
